Lena's warm welcome and accommodating nature stood out as she upgraded our room without any extra charge, setting the tone for our stay.
The absence of electrical outlets near the mirrors was somewhat inconvenient for getting ready, especially for couples sharing the space.

i was almost ready to give a good review but just couldn’t. The absence of electrical outlets by the mirror made my mornings very awkard, and let’s not forget that the hotel was absolutely not handicapped friendly. of course, no room upgrade was offered, which would’ve been a nice touch. i expected better treatment, honestly.
